Just installed Alpha 15 and I get "Syscall ABI mismatch" error.

The game crashes. I can't even get to the title screen. On linux, I have no problems running the game after compiling the latest source. Didn't try with Mac yet.

So I tried with Mac build. I can load the game and devmap locally, but except for the HUD, everything is black. I tried to change the graphics settings from the menu but nothing helped. Also, when I try to connect to a server, I get the same "Syscall ABI mismatch" error, and the game crashes.

Try deleting ui.dll, cgame.dll, and game.dll from main/ inside your fs_basedir.

Did you try deleting those dlls?
