I made a clean install of alpha 18 but it will not launch (windowseven)

FYI, every time I connect to the dev server it makes pakG again.

Looks to me like you need to move C:\Users\killingtime\AppData\Roaming\Daemon\main\pakG.pk3 into C:\Program Files (x86)\Unvanquished\main\ (log shows that pakG.pk3 is missing from there).

Debian and Ubuntu packages (squeeze, wheezy, sid; 12.04, 12.10, 13.04) may work on derivatives

OFFEND! … no, that's not right… ATTACK!
