Forum suggestion: more visible negative reputation (with a mockup!)

I think the red squares that the forum currently uses aren't visible enough. I propose this: if the user's reputation is low enough, add pipes and bags of water that obscure the avatar and the user name (if it's long enough) and labels that tell others what did the user get such a reputation for.

It seems to go from being only 1 square to several hundred. Perhaps there should be some middle ground...
