Can't blend skeleton

Also I tried to post a screenshot but all it's giving me is screenshots of my desktop (whether I use print screen or ingame command)

Essentially it occurs when i'm scrolling through people in spectator mode and randomly it will throw that out there on the console.

The only things near me at the time was myself, two eggs, overmind and the tubes. I think its the tubes because in first person, you don't render yourself. Especially as a dretch.
