1. When are you people online? The servers are almost always empty (apart the official one which is full of bots).

2. How do I add bots to a local match?

3. Is there a list of cmds for the game anywhere?

1) Try idling in IRC at #unvanquished on freenode. People will organize games there if they're going to be playing.

2) I don't think the bot library is included in the client download, as it's rather large and somewhat buggy.

3) Ingame, you can use the commands "/cmdlist" and "/cvarlist" to get available commands or variables, respectively. To autocomplete commands, type the beginning of the command and press the tab key.
