Hmm, I though I was using MSAA but it was off by mistake. Dynamite is no problem since the explosion is short, but I can get the FPS to drop to 30 by throwing 5 Molotovs.

Released revision 2 with some minor updates:
Add entityMergable keyword to flames. Seems to fix MSAA perf issues.
Use stable FPS counter algorithm.
Disable some votes including game type, since most of the game types I didn't test appear broken.
