unvanquished_0.47.0 can't play

I install and everything opens fine. I can setup everything and then click to either make my own local server or join an internet server. Looks like it is going to work but then bounces me back to the main menus screen every time.

Could you give us a full log? DOes it give you an error?

No errors at all, just goes to awaiting screen and then bounces back to the menus. Where would I find a log?

Interesting, I had a password for the server creation and pulled down console and it told me it was invalid and that is why I couldn't create a server. removed the password and it works.

I have also had this problem. I can join servers, but I can't start a LAN world.

For a log, you can start the game up, press shift-esc to bring up the console, and then type

Code: Select all

/condump mylog.txt

The log will be saved in Documents\My Games\Unvanquished\
