You should have it there if you're registered. There is also a chance you did not create a profile.

I copied my old pubkey to the profiles directory but I still get the "not pubkey authenticated" error. On Linux, I get the error when I try say_team or vsay. On PC, I get the error every few seconds. When I try /register, I get permission denied message.

Correction: I get the error message every few seconds when I'm spectating someone. When playing normally I get it when I use say, say_team, or vsay.
