Lucifer cannon: "open" source gem

Lucifer cannon is obviously a work of "open" source developers.

Fact: when almost out of ammo, it can safely hold at least 75% charge indefinitely.

A PROprietary developer would think, "75% charge will still kill normal dragoons, severely wound advanced dragoons, damage per second will only go down by 4%, and humans wielding it will have a better chance against aliens, as their shots won't be predictable anymore, not to mention it will be more economical, as humans will never need to waste their shots."

But "open" source developer thought: "Screw safety, screw economy, screw efficiency, 30% extra damage is just too cool! No one can ever sue me for Lucifer cannon accidents because I don't get any cash for developing it!"

And here we have our almost useless Uselesscifer cannon.
