Human bases are now impossible to touch, dragoons can't snipe now because you only get a split second before you get shot up, and barbs regenerate too slowly for repeated attempts.

The rocket pod has already been nerfed significantly, that version can be found on the dev server. I added a lockon delay and halfed its fire rate to one rocket per second. A rocket does 40 instead of 30 damage though.
I did this because I realized that there were situations were human bases could be made near-impenetrable or atleast annoying to attack, especially when rocket pods were build in a relatively small distance behind doors. However, every rocket pod heavy base I saw on gg.illwieckz.net so far was ridiculously easy to attack, since players don't yet know how to use the rocket pod "properly".
Also, I need to watch this movie.
