Journeyman, the unfortunate thing about the phrase "all the sounds need to be replaced" means, unfortunately THAT sound will change and we'll all have to get used to the new sound.

I meant the actual 1.2 planned sound. It sounds like a teenager with the pitch lower by an octave.

It will be much easier to take in a new granger sound when we have the new model ready for it. Our plan is to base its appearance off the old model, but to make it more detailed. I'm sure the new sounds will be appropriately gurgly when we get around to making them.

:D
There are some bbc sound-effect CDs at the library that have a bunch of weapon and sci-fi stuff on them. I could upload some of them, since I think they are free to use.
Re: Sounds for Unvanquished
Free to use is probably not the same as free to distribute. The Tremulous folk used a sound CD many years ago, and later discovered they had license issues. That's a can of worms we don't want to open.
Re: Sounds for Unvanquished
The site seems to be down. Would someone happen to have a local copy of all the sounds?
Re: Sounds for Unvanquished
Ill record myself saying "come on!" For you BUT only if its used for the granger. ;)
