Delete of .pk3 files?

If I may ask for some assistance...

-I downloaded the Windows .07 Installer [It is my first install as I found this game and want to play it, seems neat.]
-It too, asked me to "Delete blahlah" at the end of the install, so I pressed 'Yes' accordingly.

If anyone can help me so I can get to playing this game, I would highly appreciate it.

P.S Did try re-installing as suggested in the photo, but as you can conclude, it did not work.

Download and install MVSC 2010 C++ Redistributable Runtimes.
