Blood splash with low precision?

There are so many humans stacking together and camping for kills but I have solution!
If you (human) are near teamnate that died it will splash blood on your screen making
your precision go wrong for few seconds.

Also I have side idea:
when goon will pounce human and the human will die with no armor there could be chance to make his body fly away and use as shield against bullets or throw another human:D.

I like this idea. To make the dead body into a projectile, with a speed and impact damage based on some percentage of the pounce speed.
