Devmap doesn't work / Game crash / hunkMegs Error

Hi,
i updated to alpha 33.
After starting the game i tried to see the new maps via /devmap or /map command
-> game crashes (closes) without any error prompt.
->condump says:

After that i deleted the config / stuff folder at
C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Unvanquished
I started the game and tried to connect to an internet server = works fine.
After quitting the game:
-> deamon.exe doesn't respond (crash?)

Only deleting the config folder again fixes this problem.
Seems like setting the com_hunkMegs to a higher value doesn`t help.

My system:
Windows 7_64, >15gb free hhd space
Ati hd6800 gfx card
Intel cpu.

Update:
Now i was able to load the maps but its a very ugly way of doing that:
i updated my server with the new 2 maps and started them via /callvote map XXX online.
But still i don't get why it doesn't work on a local server. :bugeyes:

Do you have a full console log? From what I can see here the cgame-native-qvm.dll isn't relevant as there would be a falback to regular QVM. However it is weird that HunkMegs would fail on 512MB, it is basically the RAM allocation for the engine. How much RAM do you have and did you have many other application running?

i'm using 8 gigs of ram and while running deamon.exe there are 2 gb used.
