2015-09-06 Beta 4

I uploaded this month's release, Beta 4 has an updated Workshop area and a number of new mapobject models,
including the infamous cardboard box!

2015-08-02 Beta 3

Just in time for the monthly Unvanquished release, Beta 3 is now available for download. This is mostly a techical release: I've split the map into map-vega.pk3 and tex-vega.pk3. This way the texture pack is easily available for other mappers.
You'll have to download both pk3 files for it to work.

Audio and images in this release have been compressed to reduce file size.

2015-07-26 Beta 2

Vega Industries: Research Outpost 13 is a complete texture overhaul of the
Tremulous map I released in 2010. Since it never really got out of beta, I just continued the version numbering. This release stays faithful to the original: most of the changes are the textures themselves and some minor details. Only one small room was slightly changed.

Beta 2 is not yet optimized, as a result the download is rather heavy.

I intend to split this into the map itself, and a stand-alone texture pack that can be used by other maps. Before that, more tinkering is required.

Note that there's no bsp in the repository. You can't test it without compiling yourself.

What Tom said. Textures are looking nice! You should enable anti-aliasing for the screenshots though. :wink:
