Capturing Grangers

Allow humans to grab grangers. They should be unable to use weapons or sprint while carrying grangers. If you reach a telenode and press Q with a granger in hand, you are presented with 2 options:

1. Donate to CERN - 1/3 momentum, increase maximum momentum by 1/5.
2. Sell to Chinese restaurant - 1000 credits for everyone on team (ignores the 2000 credit limit).
