Bind with "voice"

I don't know if I imagined it, but in an alien game I heard a bind "Incoming!" said with a particular voice (on the subject with aliens as sound). Is such a thing possible? Associate a bind with a sound?

Trying the new version in an updated server "gg.illwieckz.net {le frag courtois} 0.52.1" I found that in this updated server, the game made me quit spontaneously, directing me to the unvanquished start screen, twice in five minutes.

The current popular server on Tremulous, Der Bunker, allows the human team to rebuild the armoury, medistation and defence computer after SD has passed, so long as they had one before SD started. Much of the building spam on Tremulous is solved by having a sudden death time set on the server. Indeed, games on Tremulous have sudden death at 15 minutes yet games can still sometimes go on for longer than an hour. For example, last night we played on Arachnid (tremulous map), I played all the time destroying spammed leechs around the map. Final results? Human lost.
