Zeroblood sorcery curse for aliens

Add a new alien ability, if you say "Go 0 blood to $(player_name)'s legs/arms/head", makes the following happen to the player you curse:

Legs - move slower.
Arms - more spread.
Head - aim moves randomly.

I think this ability is very unfair because what if a player is muted? Then he or she will be unable to say anything. The player will be at a disadvantage, being unable to utter the sorcerific spells. This can be exploited by the power elite of unvanquished to control and subjugate the population, who, being muted by the Administrators, will be unable to speak, and thus unable to use sorceries, and thus unable to play with full abilities, and thus unable to win the game, meaning they will be driven into the ground for more generations of oppression.

Yeah i wouldn't enjoy the whole curse thing to be honest. It's so unfair and it'd be annoying to deal with when in that situation.
