Idea: Spectre

Spectre only exist in spiritual form. Costs 3 evos. It should be only visible as faint ghost, only take half damage from everything but lasgun, prifle, mdriver and luci (but have only 50 hp) and be able to fly like spectators. But if a spectre manages to stay near a heavily wounded human (< 25 hp) for 3 seconds, it will possess it. Possessed player respawns with a new body and the alien gets full control over the body it possessed. The possessed body gets alien regeneration that can be sped up by being near a booster just like every other alien, can infuse projectiles (rifle, shotgun, chaingun) with poison, but it shouldn't be able to regenerate ammo.

Great idea, but I think it should have one simple modification: Instead of being re-spawned with full health, the possessed could instead be instantly reduced to 5 HP maximum, without moving the position of the player, and have to deal damage to enemy players to increase their maximum HP, but not to regain HP. Regaining HP would be accomplished by regeneration, the rate of which would have to be very high, but with a damage cooldown (as in, they do not regenerate for 5 seconds after taking damage or something like that) to balance out the whole thing. Oh, and wouldn't this thread be better placed in the General Discussion area?
