Get rid of console completely and forever

Console is a malicious, elitist inteface that could eventually kill the game. I've heard about librocket integration, when it's complete, please remove console and replace it with GUI.

Console stays because it's useful. You can have many more menu items etc. than we have at present too if you like – want to do the necessary work?
