Looking for asset hosts

Hey,
we have some issues with the Sourceforge mirrors. The main problem is that french users often get out-of-sync mirrors and can't install Unvanquished at all without downloading the files by hand. Another issue is the speed which arbitrarily jumps between unlimited and dialup with each file. I think it could be possible to spread the files over private hosts that use rsync to stay up to date with a master server.
I'd like to know hwo could potentially offer space and bandwith on a server capable of syncing via rsync and cron. I have
