JavaScript programmable turrets

Please allow players to upload own JavaScript programs to turrets to make them non-stupid.

If we want really smart turrets, Javascript will be too slow. We would have to allow programs, but in C or C++. And also they should be connectd to IRC so that our grangerbot can control them.
