i left out the other option out of laziness, but there should be as much options as in the tremulous versions. It could be separated into the minimum options and advance options.

In general with votes or admin commands it appears a popup, summarizing the decision with a field for a reason or additional informations like map layouts or ban durations.

Changed status to draft as we do have a new menu but some of the ideas may still apply to future updates. Will move to attic soon. Also, the image links are broken, it seems Gireen's home folder wasn't migrated properly.
