Today world is full of thought police, as some of you know and some don't.

• People where arrested for using not nice words on forum (some other forum, in Germany and many other cases in EU; USA probably too)

• Guy was seized by armed soldiers for heaving a ring tone (waiting tune?) with "Shooting b-ball outside the school". (USA)

Still in most countries (of EU and USA/JP) you can take strong drugs (ethanol) but smoking weak relaxing weed in own home allows government to place you in metal cage for few months or years.

So... To promote fighting modern fascism, and to promote Unva,
I will give humble 11 USD
to first one that will codes small changes that will remove need for naziadmins (admins that ban or mute on stupid rules like "do not use bad words").

But... how?

Some say we need admins to be babysitters and decide is it ok to say noob. Or fuck. Or stfu. Or jew. Which is ok?
Hard to please all players at once.
Instead let all players decide for their own so admin does not have to force his opinion.

Server:
display text: HINT: Use /ignore player or /censor on if you do not like strong language
same if admin does !censorinfo
default !mute to only highest level admin
make mute expire each 1 minute and change text "You've been muted" to "...for 1 minute, sorry"
add second rate limit: 155 messages per 5 minutes, customizable

Client:
/ignore player 1h (best: also 5d and so on like in !ban or similar)
when using make it stick to player (to his original nick) if he is registered (like seen in /listplayers ?)

/ignoreother 1h ignores unregistered players
/whitelist name white lists player (always show you all his messages, also not word-replaced)
/whitelistlevel 3 same as above for all players that (at given time) have level >= this level (level can be checked periodically or soemthing)

/ignoreglobal 1h disables global chat (best: 5d option etc)

/censor on|off when ON - will replace list of words, like whore=>[overmind] jew=>[basilisk] etc ;)
best if the list would be downloaded from server on connect.

All ignore settings are saved separately per-server (by IP? or how are servers identified).

It does not have to be you (the Unvaquished project) that is being donated, it can be anyone, IT student, some random guy, what ever. Open-source :)
