I get following error, and get disconnected.

Don't use cg_[team]config cvars until we push out a bugfix (it's already fixed in master). (alternatively, this would be an excellent time to move our native teambind facilities)
I was able to fix this by deleting cg_aliensConfig and cg_humansConfig values. The NA server has the notice on the loading screen but the other servers do not.
Fixed in git; check out the debian branch. (Fix is also in master, but that has other changes too.)
