hi!
I must admit that the "subject" is not well chosen but not serious I think it would have been better to put "question on the complaints"
then I have questions: if you want to file a complaint against a person, do you have to "give" proof of what you are saying or is it word against word? then what happens to the person who is accused? and if she is "guilty"?
