Saving Settings

I finally figuerd out what went wwrong, it just needed an extra +set renderer gl.
Im bothered about the settings, it never saves. Even if i change the autogen cl_renderer gl, it starts up with gl3.
They are renewed every start up, is there a way to prevent this?
I' currently just exec a binds.cfg now, but its such a hassel.
