Male and Female Soldier

Hi there, i'm the new contributor in ThirdPerson Animations, my first job here is animate the new Male and Female Soldiers, but i have some questions to do before start to animate...

The animations needs to be Realistic?

Wich set of anims you use?

I already have the Male model, but isn't rigged, and that for me is a little problem, i'm horrible rigging, so if could give me the models rigged, it will be a plus for me and i'll finish the animations faster, if can't, just let me know, and i'll try to get the rig...
Sorry if annoying, this is my first theme here...

Hi there!
Sorry for late, i was bussy in the past 2 weeks, but i get a lot of progress with the rig, in the Free time i have.
I'm here to say, The Rig Is Finished!!!
All works fine, and it's fully functional in Blender.
The following pose was made fast, to see if the rig works, and it is!

Nice progress! Could you post a video of a walk cycle and a run cycle?

I'm working on it, don't know if doing like it have a weapon, or without one

Try with a blockout of a simple weapon for now. Just so we cna get an idea of how the rig looks.
