It is really terrifying and i'd really consider discussing it with Viech and Ishq. Actually you need to create basic movement, weapon-related and taunt animations and make a bunch of delta animations for them to be used with different weapons. I'd start with idle animation for rifle(or any basic animation but with rifle). So you'll need to get a rifle mesh from kharnov or somebody else. After that try to make basic walking or running loops for both directions with the same rifle again. If you'll survive after that we'll talk again. AndIshq promised to fix animation blending years ago, btw, so if your animations look wrong ingame you can get in devchat and write something like ANIME SUCKS (caps required), maybe you'll get his attention.
