Geno527 wants to create a new concept for the Luci, alex_bo's old concept will be used for the Pulse Rifle instead.

Geno527 lacks the time to do this currently, so this concept is open again. If you want a more detailed descirption of the rilfe just ask and I'll be happy to write it, however reading the old concept thread and the Pulse Rifle model thread (see links above) should give you a good impression to start with.

Set on hold until I figure out the best plans for pulse rifle and lucifer cannon.
