allow it to become possible.

i think it would be cool to be able to pick up weapons from racks and also have little missions.

the best example is blackout from trem 1.1 amp.

weapon giving map entities exist (AFAIK no functionality was removed from the trem entities). if a mission map was possible in trem it is possible to make it in Unvanquished too. A some day we'll have better stuff for mission maps (scripting????)

For now, we'll focus entirely on the main game mode but it's not unlikely that the progress on the engine allows for more powerful mods, including single player and mission maps. When we feel the elimination style gameplay is complete enough, we'll start working on scripting functionality to power a tutorial mode, so that will definitely drop some code that can be used for mission maps.
