Could you post a link to the pk3? It's hard to judge potential issues from the images (bad location to judge specular and normal map, low resolution, jpg artifacts, low quality graphics settings).
I assume that regardless of potential texture adjustments, this is ready to be animated?

Specularity needs to be turned down, especially in the face region, the fiber pattern apparently needs to be scaled and the yellow parts that don't show up on the armor should be black or dark grey, given that the armor will come in different colors. Also give Casey the screenshot, it's a pretty good reference.

The armor is perfect.
If possible, the blue fiber should match that of the male soldier some more. It needs a different tone of blue and more specularity as well as a downscale of the pattern for that. It doesn't need to be exact, but a bit more similiar would be nice.
Every part that cannot be hidden (is not a separate mesh) or should show up on the unarmoured version needs to be black, as there are two sets of armour: One is yellow, the other red. Red armour on top of yellow parts with some blue shining through looks as bad as it sounds. Compare with the unarmoured male soldier.
Something looks wrong with the eyes. It looks like the iris is flat.
The face and hair have a tad too much specularity.

Excellent! Looks like we'll have her ingame soon.
Is there anything else you'd want to do with her? Otherwise we just need a license and I can mark this closed.
