i finish the whole body, i think there are something that i will have to change, maybe open more space on the joints, to make sure that they can move, and i think the should can be a little bigger, but will also have to change a little to make sure that he can move. will star the final high poly mesh, and will makin this adjusments on the go!

I put the female soldier on top:

It seems the chest bulk was much more than necessary and it is also positioned a bit too high. Could you maybe reduce the height of the topmost of the three armor plates on the belly and stretch or move the part above it lower? Here's an illustration:

You can also reduce the thickness of the bulk a bit if you think it looks better that way.

i made the corrections to the female body fit better, and started on the helmet!
