Unfortunately, we haven't had anyone to provide a Mac build, hence none. I have been without internet access until today, and am working on providing one now. Can't say how soon it will be available, though, as I am having some issues. I have updated the steps on the wiki for anyone who has the build tools installed.
I know it took a few days, but I believe I have the build process all hammered out. Updated instructions and a build script are available on the wiki. You will need XCode, git, and CMake installed.
