Do you have vms-0.9.0.pk3? If so, delete any earlier vms files, like vms-0.8.0.pk3.
the buttons when the program first starts like play and so on

i tried search and i could not find any files that start with vms ?

Put that file in your data directory, the one with all the pak files.
