I see no problem there, why the alien shouldn't use human bones to support there structures ? And I find it a bit pointless
to moan about minor details that are hardly visible, and absolute not relevant for the players.
I cannot think this of an egg in my opinion. It looks like something produding out of the ground that has been wrapped up by the creep. Probably because of that thin stem it has.

MINOR DETAILS? HARDLY VISIBLE? NOT RELEVANT? Pull the other one.
It's the principle of the thing. IT'S WRONG. It Does Not Belong.
I say REMOVE THEM. (Or add bones etc. from other species, preferably including the aliens.)

Who cares if there're skulls inside of eggs? Sure, it doesn't make much sense for the skulls to appear in a place where there were no skulls before you placed the egg. It doesn't really affect anyting though so there's no reason to get your jimmies rustled about this sort of thing.
If in a dark future we would have upgradeable buildings, the sculls would make an awesome visual representation of an stage up!
For now, it looks cool, I say keep them. Sort of shows the aggression of the aliens and the huge danger they are to the humans.
Also, there is no need to be so hostile Anomalous.
Fuma: Oh, I see what you mean by "What skulls?" now. They removed them from the actual model! Thanks, I and many others appreciate their decision of removing those piles of nonsense. :)
I really don't understand the hate.
What do humans do when they kill something nasty? They make sure everyone else knows that they killed it. This could involve making it into a coat, but more commonly it involves mounting its head on a wall. Having skulls in the alien eggs is really more of a hunting trophy.
