Assuming the scrim has an equal number of players on each team that's only 50% who will find it fun.

If you're doing a scrim with uneven numbers. It's not really a scrim. (team that cannot provide enough players lose)

I'm not sure about you but I enjoy scrims whether we win or lose (Obviously they're better if you win).
Mainly because it's a lot more competitive and you get to try out different strategies, it's a completely different game compared to pub games.
But yeah if you don't enjoy scrims then maybe you shouldn't be playing, it's like if someone didn't enjoy playing soccer because they lost every now and then.

Scrims are fun with aggressive teams. Playing against teams with a "win-at-all-costs" mentality (including camping for 45 min) is a rather draining experience.

Oh but the satisfaction of beating (and then rubbing it in) a team that has been camping the whole game is that much better.

I don't play :P
