it was working yesterday, but i changed the settings in game, then it came up with that.. and will not load now.

I believe you also need to support specific extensions if you are using the OpenGL 2.x mode. In this case, it appears you simply don't have OpenGL drivers installed, or you are running via DirectX's horrid OpenGL simulation thingy that some older versions of windows had. What version of windows are you running?

windows 7, is there a way i can download open gl ?? it says i have 2.1

Just download the latest driver from your GPU manufacturer's website.
