The first one looks good! I'd like the leech to be a little smaller and not as long as our current placeholder (I'd go for a square ground face of the bounding box, so you'd never need to run circles to place it in some tight place). Humans should also be able to jump over it so it isn't used as a cheaper barricade.

Actually, I like the third one as a leech, and I think the first one would actually look better as a booster.

The leech should not be usable as a cheaper barricade. Therefor the leech should be close to earth, so humans can jump over it. There's nothing that stops us from having leech and booster look alike, they can both be leech-like creatures after all. :)
