If more people used the “Reply” and “Reply With Quote” link rather than the “Quick Reply” box, it would be that little bit easier. (At least it's not few/none who do, though.)
Debian and Ubuntu packages (squeeze, wheezy, sid; 12.04, 12.10, 13.04) may work on derivatives
