Here is the latest release candidate for the upcoming Unvanquished 0.55:

One can run the engine with a custom home path to not mess up with the currently installed game:

There is a server running the release candidate named “RELEASE CANDIDATE”, one needs the password beta to connect to it.

You can connect to it that way:

Code: Select all

./daemon -homepath home -set password beta +connect unvanquished.net:27959

The bunker server is also running the release candidate (with bunker features atop), it requires the same beta password.

You can connect to it that way:

Code: Select all

./daemon -homepath home -set password beta +connect 206.189.56.213:27960

It seems Bunker is out of date, it is serving some RC1 packages

Yes, because I didn't have time to update it after RC2 was released. This will be done today (I did say this on IRC before this post was made).
