Finally a modern workflow quake engine map editor. Would be great if someone would make it Unvanquished compatible.
Unvanquished is an open-source FPS game featuring team-based strategy and RTS elements, pitting humans against aliens in a futuristic setting.

Looks cool. I'll look into it.
^^
I would be interested in this; the radiant editors in general seem a bit clunky and outdated, especially for seemingly simple tasks. (For what I mean, see anything to do with meshes).
TrenchBroom allows you to create and edit Quake 1 maps entirely in 3D.
Sounds … modern. :p
Some of the brush editing features look nice indeed, but I doubt that editor even knows patches since there is a screenshot where someone builds an arc with brushes.
That looks fantastic!

Then I say we fork it and add support!

Please fork/patch it. I any case, it'd be great to see a partnership with unv.
I've never dare mapped or helped with one because of GTK.
I'd only do textures, but having a usufule GUI is key.

It's not like we don't have other tasks on our todo-list. :p
If you want to port an editor to our engine I'd propose you fork an idTech4 one, not idTech1.
I just saw this about half a day ago on the xonotic forums :S

Radiant. Never GTK.
