sketchy op

Post by +PRIME+ »

Hi there folks!

first of all great job with all the efforts, models and stuff!
i've been posting drawings every now and then on the old trem forums and decided to get here where the developement is hot.
my designs doesn't follow any 'official' path or anything but i hope it will be good for inspiration or recreation or whatever.
i recently started using zbrush (exactly a week ago) and the first model i did was a basilisk. now i'm trying to do some hard surfaces like the bsuit armor.
the models loosely follow the original trem design but in high poly.

Whoa, lisk looks absolutely mental.

Lisk is way too weird. Can you pan the camera to the other side and post another pic? I am curious as to how the other leg looks like.

Wow, these are really good. I'd like to see them in-game. I do suggest that you flesh out the basilisk, or at least make more of a distinction between the head and the tail (it took me 10 seconds to figure that out).

I think that would be sorted out once it's properly textured. The legs don't seem like they could function in the real world though.

well walking on razorblades is surely not comfortable but couldnt be much worse than high heels :-)
i would like to apply a layer of something sticky on the front legs for the wallwalk tho.

I like how the bsuit retains its "T" helmet, but that's not really important as we're not resembling tremulous models here.
