There's a bit of a bug with the autogen.cfg (it's happened to everyone).
You pretty much just need to open your autogen.cfg with notepad, find the line "seta protocol 85" and change it to "seta protocol 86" (deleting the line all together works just as well) and then save.
I'm not on my computer right now so I don't know the exact path, but it's something like:
C:\Users\computer\appdata\Local\Daemon\Main\
and there's another one you need to edit in:
C:\Users\computer\appdata\Local\Daemon\Main\Profiles\yourprofile\

You could always do a search for "autogen.cfg"
I have tried this, and it hasnt worked for me.
However, All I did was change the 85 to 86. Would deleting the line COMPLETELY from the file and then saving solve the problem? Or did I misunderstand your post?

I deleted it from both locations and no longer see the KoR server but the NA server is back!
