Yesterday on irc, it was suggested that we rename most of the weapons. None of the trem weapons except for the painsaw and the lucifer cannon really have a 'personality.' What do you guys think we should rename weapons to?

My suggestions:

I think we should make weapons companies that parody real ones ("Hack and Cough"). Parodying ream weapons would also work ("Spasm-12"). We could also do acronyms ("SPLAT: Super Plasma Launching Attack Taser" for the prifle)

PR-OZ. Plasma rifle-optical zoom

Or we could modify our current ones:

Mashinegun (rifle)
Peni$aw (Painsaw, cheap and efficient for the daring leroy jenkin followers).
Shotty (Well, thats what a lot of people call the shotgun)
Chagin' gun (Chaingun)
CCPA: MD (Cern's Compact Particle Accelerator: the Mass Driver)
Pain Trail (Pulse, one of the highest damage dealing weapons)
Flameball Launcher (Flamer, launches 5 "missiles" per second afterall, which seems unrealistic)
MDKannon (Luci with a dubbed title, dunno who exactly created it, but I remember it was some aussie)

Just add shit like "mark IV", "model 83", "m123" and so on. Isn't that how people usually brand military hardware? Or you give them funny acronyms that sound all scientific and stuff.

Example
"Combat Shotgun Mark IV" in the description and just call it a shotgun everywhere else.
or the classic
"BFG" "Big freakin' gun" or "Bio Force Gun"

I still think the Painsaw is a pretty cool name, I don't see why that needs to be changed.
