mouse extra button support

The game only recognizes 5 "buttons":

MOUSE1
MOUSE2
MOUSE3
MWHEELDOWN (MOUSE4)
MWHEELUP (MOUSE5)

There is a way configure the extra buttons on the mouse or is not supported (yet) ?

If you are on linux, your 4th and 5th mouse buttons are "AUX1" and "AUX2" if I remember correctly.

Yeah, im on Linux. The 4th and 5th mouse buttons are "AUX3" and "AUX4". Thx man.
