Voip how shold it work

I like thie idea having voice chat in game but how do you all think it should be set up or work in game

yes i now how to talk but how dose the voice system work in other game do you assume we all have played the games you are referring to. how do they handle team chat , and all chat and do any of them do anything special like have squad voice chat channel you can talk to people in you squad as well as team stuff like that have to give deatles so it can be set up

One would assume Team Chat channels would be primary, All Chat being secondary, being only obtained with a combination of the first key, or an entirely different key, and if the Devs can manage it, a command you use VIA the console that allows you to connect to a private chat channel with others who choose to go there.
