Greetings!

I never played NS1, NS2, or Tremulous, so I'm about as new as it gets around here, undoubtedly. Tried Alpha 10 and the game itself looks like it is shaping up beautifully, so keep up the good work devs! :)

I have watched a fair amount of NS2 gameplay, so I think I am vaguely familiar with the concept. Looking forward to returning to the US in December and meeting some of the community some time.

I think that this game will end up becoming something big with the right team, community, and promotion. :D

Hello everyone!

I am the Wurstkind, in the world of LoL some call me HotSpank and in real-life you may call me Raf. I am a computer science student at the RWTH-Aachen and a die-hard old-school fan of gloom and idTech. I played Tremulous for a while and stumbled consequently upon Unvanquished, the community/project i'd like to contribute to.

My agenda looks as following:

1. Create a map (theme/lore inspired by Stargate-SG1, gameplay inspired by LoL)
2. Work on the WiKi (imho the current state of the WiKi isn't suited to attract new contributors/players/fans)
3. L-system and Perlin noise features (we discussed that shortly in irc and people found it to be interesting and worthwhile)

As you may or may not know, point 1. by itself is a hell lot of work, and i suppose that 2. and 3. are even more, so please do not expect to see results by tomorrow, but I will try to create forum topics for each point in the course of february.
