HEY YOU!

Do you live in the western hemisphere? Are you relentlessly confused by the GMT notation that the silly remainder of the planet likes to use? Do you like playing video games at night? How about video games where you shoot aliens? Great, I know one. This one.

We are thinking of holding organized games weekly at 11 PM EST on Fridays. That would mean 8 PM for you west coast folk. Since this would be too late for our dear European friends, we will stick to EST as our reference point.

If this is a good time for you, post in this thread.

You should make a poll instead. Also, this is 4:00 UTC in the one true time system. Which is 5:00 for the people I see returning from their jobs when I go fetch some milk for my morning coffee. I think it's roughly midnight for me. So yeah, I guess I can participate from time to time…

Add two. But any night is good for us. I know some people prefer to get hammered on Fridays.
I haven't seen a real match since the summer tourney, unless you count all the 2v1 granger rushes...

The experimental games went well. I was around for the first hour, but had to stop after that. However, everyone else stuck around for two more hours. So, we had three hours of Friday night games, from 11 PM EST to 2 AM.

More games went on today. Got to test a new alpha of Jack's new map Forlorn. Still in a layout test phase, so it isn't fully detailed yet. Was also playing with normal mapping off for performance.
