Sounds good, however is this the "big announcement"? If yes, I am a bit underwhelmed :(

Re: Suggestion: asking for Weapon handling code from TC:E?
Well, this is a bit hard to capture in videos or description... you know some games just feel right (and fun) when it comes to weapons handling and others don't. The latest innovation of TC:E (the so called CQB version) was "free-view" as can be seen in these two videos, but it is probably...

Suggestion: asking for Weapon handling code from TC:E?
When recently testing Unvanquished, I though the overall feel and handling (movement sway, iron-sights, recoil and all that) of the human weapons really felt odd. Now I know it is a work in progress, and will probably get better soon (and the weapon models look awesome for the most part already)... ...

Re: Freely licensed artwork well fitting to Unvanquished
As far as I know these are not in use in another project yet... and for textures, plants and simple props it also doesn't really matter that much, right? Of course others might use them too (but in fact could do so with Unvanquished art anyways), but it's not a very visible playermodel or such. Edit...

Freely licensed artwork well fitting to Unvanquished
Some of you are probably aware of the awesome artworks yughues is posting on OpenGameArt all the time: http://opengameart.org/users/yughues and much of the textures and map-models would fit well to Unvanquished and would show of the new fancy rendering freatures as they all come with a normal and sp...
